Wongy
Co-Founder
Wongy (MA Phil BA BEd) is our award-winning Chief Disruptor and proven change agent, proudly attributing her achievements to her supercharged, ADHD brain. She is a member of the Curtin Autism Research Group (CARG) and specialises in motivation, behavioural change, and strength-based strategies to make space for neurodivergent folk in the workplace and school setting.
Wongy is the founder of GoSHackathon (GoSH), WA’s biggest tech-innovation event for regional youth and was recently awarded the Women in Tech WA Shining Star award for advocacy, community and volunteering. Wongy identifies as an OG disruptor, ADHD extraordinaire and uses the pronouns she/her.
Jade
Co-Founder
Jade (MBA) is a senior, federal government executive with a deep understanding of economic development, governance and strategy. Jade is an Australian Certified Economic Developer (ACEcD), experienced Business Manager, and holds qualifications in Public Relations and Project Management. Jade has established and managed NFP organisations and is skilled in developing growth strategies, developing partnerships and managing large gbudgets. She questions the norm and thrives on disrupting the status quo to unlock bold and innovative opportunities.
Jade founded D.O.D because she really likes tacos and thinks Wongy has a brilliant mind which is why she asked her to proof read this bio ;)
Nat
Co-Founder
As a founder of D.O.D, Nat (BSocSc) recognises that creative thinkers are often disruptors. She brings over two decades of senior government experience in environmental management, community engagement and youth development in remote and regional communities. She has dedicated her career to bridging communities and driving positive change, underpinned by deep respect for, and close collaboration with Traditional Owners. Nat is an Australian Certified Economic Developer (ACeD), which directly informs her work in regional development, fostering innovation and improved regional livability.
She is our quiet disruptor, so quiet that she did not write this bio. Nat praises Wongy for her kind words.
